Order Cancellations & Modifications

The cancellation or modification of an order is only possible within 2 hours of placing the order. After this period, the order enters our fulfillment process and can no longer be changed. Upon a valid cancellation within this window, the Client will be refunded within fourteen (14) days.

30-Day Return Policy (Standard Products)

For standard products, clients have a period of 30 clear days from receipt to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in its original condition: unused, complete with all accessories, and in the original packaging. Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.

Sale & Discounted Items (Final Sale)

Please note that all sale items, clearance items, and products purchased with a discount code are Final Sale. They are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. Promotional codes cannot be applied to sale items or previous purchases.

Antique Swords Collection (Tokyo Nihonto) - No Returns

Due to the extremely strict legal restrictions and cultural heritage laws regarding the export and import of authentic Japanese swords (Nihonto), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any Antique Swords. Once an antique item has left Japan and been delivered, the sale is final. We encourage all collectors to review the high-resolution photos and descriptions carefully before purchase.

Customs, Duties, and Seizures

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. Katana Sword is not liable for packages delayed or seized by customs due to local weapon regulations. Please verify your local laws before ordering, as we cannot guarantee refunds for items seized by customs.

Refund Process

Only the price of the returned product and initial shipping will be refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the returned item being inspected at our facility. No COD (cash on delivery) shipments will be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a product (excluding Antiques) arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Please email support@katana-sword.com with photos of the issue. We will review the claim within three working days to provide a replacement or refund.
