Shipping Rules
All of our orders are shipped within 3-10 business days after payment is received. We use SF Express, UPS, USPS for most of our shipments.
Please refer to the listing details or send us a message if you have specific questions regarding shipping.
We only ship to the confirmed address, please verify that your address is correct before paying for items.
Items are usually shipped 3-10 business days after payment is received. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Each of our products is handmade by our workshop, usually produced and estimated delivery time is 7-21 days.
We are not responsible for the transit time of the service. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary depending on the origin and destination of the package, especially during peak periods.
Buyers are responsible for customs duties and fees.
International buyers (outside the United States) assume the risk of orders being held or destroyed by Customs.
Tracking numbers will be sent to all customers when the package is shipped.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO military addresses.
We do not offer local pickup.
We are not responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable addresses.
Undeliverable Packages
If an item is sent to the wrong address due to an incorrect address listed in your order (by you), you may repurchase the same item at the new address, or wait to see if the package is safely returned to us, and then pay the additional shipping charges to a new address. Please notify us as soon as possible of any errors in your shipping address.
Once an item is in the possession of the postal service, we are not able to retrieve it, redirect it, or in any way intervene in its delivery to its destination. We are not responsible for items that are not insured or whose tracking numbers are not updated to a delivery status for any reason, including system errors. We will not issue refunds or be held responsible for lost, stolen or confiscated items.
Backorders
Occasionally, due to popular demand, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. Some products are more likely to be backordered than others. Some products may have waiting times of 2 weeks to 2 months if they are out of stock. In extreme cases, this may be due to exceptionally high demand, if the manufacturer has sold out and is waiting for new production. This delivery time does not include any excessive delays due to customs. If you feel that your order is taking too long, please contact us and we will keep you informed of current delivery times or stock levels.
