Refunds, returns and cancellations


For all refund or return requests, please contact us within 30 calendar days after your tracking number is marked as "delivered". Requests received more than 30 calendar days after delivery will not be eligible.

Our refund and return policy only applies if the item is received with a defect, is damaged, or is significantly different from the description. To help us process your request, we may ask you for photos or other supporting documentation so that we can best diagnose the problem and find a solution for you.

If your refund/exchange is approved, you will receive instructions on how to make your return. If we approve a refund, the money will be returned to the same payment method used to make your purchase.

The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your order. Our goal is to ship all orders within 24-48 business hours of receipt. If you contact us after the order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

If we have already started to forge your Katana, unfortunately it is not possible to issue a refund, as there are costs involved.

Quality and Manufacturing Guarantee
If you have found a quality or workmanship problem with any of our products, please contact us immediately and we will repair or replace it, at our discretion. Products that have been abused are not eligible for this warranty. The products on our site are described as accurately as possible, but occasional slight variations in measurement, color or design may occur.

Any recourse for unintentional errors in description, price or availability is at our discretion.

Return Policy

We may ask the buyer to test the item to eliminate the misuse factor, the buyer is responsible for following the test properly.

Your return must be made with a tracking number.

We will cover all costs (item price, shipping costs) if the return is confirmed due to a manufacturing issue or error on our part, otherwise the buyer will be responsible for the return and shipping costs.
The item must be returned in NEW condition and with all original packaging and accessories, manuals, etc. or it will be rejected by our warehouse and returned to you.
Replacement/refund will be made within 3-5 business days of the return of the goods and their receipt by the seller.
We strongly recommend that you use a service with a tracking number to locate return packages.
Product returns are allowed and must be initiated by the buyer within 30 days of the purchase date.
There is no restocking fee for damaged or defective products. Shipping and handling charges are absolutely non-refundable.
For damage caused by improper use, assembly, disassembly or sharpening of the product. We are not responsible for returns or exchanges.
